Canceling your order

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery. Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.

If you refuse delivery because you have cancelled your order, you will be charged £19 up to 10 kg and 48p per kg there after.

Order acceptance

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Product Guarantee

All items purchased from pramsonline.com are covered by a 6 months guarantee.

We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.

If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.

Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights

Returning Items

You may return any item that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery. Return postage costs are at your expense. Please note - this applies to UK only.

Specifications

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability.
